JRP has received funding from the Royal Norwegian Embassy – Ministry of Foreign Affairs to run a three‐year Gender Justice programme in northern Uganda under the theme, “Strengthening local‐level transitional justice mechanisms.” We seek an outstanding Legal Officer with a proven intuition to transitional justice and human rights work in northern Uganda. A copy of the latest written Declaration Form of Income, Assets and Liabilities to the Inspectorate of Government, IGG. (where applicable).
A copy of your current practicing certificate (for Advocates).
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an LLB degree from a recognized University/Institution plus a post graduate diploma in Legal practice from the Law Development Center, Kampala Uganda or its equivalent. Any relevant advanced/ post graduate qualification (s) will be of added advantage.
